Approx. 85% of tenants will be eligible for our retrofit solution, making upgrades smooth and cost-effective. In some cases, equipment may be too old, damaged, or unserviceable which means a full replacement is the best path forward.
Motion is prepared to design custom solutions as the need arises. Because hardwares configurations vary, we’ll provide individualized pricing to ensure fairness and transparency.
